In b recent speech, reviewing the political condition of the Punjab, Sir Michael O'Dwyer, Licut.-Governor, said that last year's dangerous revolutionary movement was dead, thanks to the splendid work of the police and the spontaneous support of the people, while the.province had lately supplied 70,000 out of 120,000 Indian arm/ retvuits.
