On Wednesday 2G for my weekly sale in the Inglewood yards I had a fair entry, The day following just after the Easter holidays prevented some buyers from attending, but notwithstanding a very satisfactory sale resulted, practically everything being cleared as follows: Weaner heifers 22s (id to 30s, weaner steers £2 10s to £2 10s, store cows £3 8s to £4 14s, fresh-conditioned cows £5 to £5 15s, forward to fat cows £8 18s to £8 12s fid, bulls 15 10s to £7, 20-month steers £4 18s, f.m. ewes 14s Od, springers £5 10s to £7 12s (Id. At Douglas on the same day f.m. ewes made lis to 10s, small 2-tooth ewes 21s 3d, lambs fls to 14s Id, fat cows £8 to £lO, store and forward cows £3 Gs to £7 2s, weaner steers £2 10s.
