AFTER-WAR EMIGRATION* By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, April 28. Sir T. Mackenzie, in an article in Reynolds' Newspaper, urges the consideration of after-the-war emigration to the dominions. He advocates a board of practical men, representing business men, farmers, and labor to formulate a plan. He declares that the dominions do not want after the war to deal with Germany, which, hte stated, would be a foul crime against civilisation.
