ECONOMIC CONFERENCE. BRITISH DELEGATES' WORK. Received April 29, 5.5 p.m. Paris, April 28. Mr. Bonar Law, in an interview by the Paris Journal with the British delegates on the economic situation said they had come, with a view to formulating a programme acceptable to the whole Empire. He hoped France would realise the difficulties confronting British delegates, as they were representing, besides England, the varying interests of the Dominions. Therefore-the delegates proposed chiefly to deliberate and take notes of suggestions which would subsequently be submitted to the Dominions. It was also desirable to avoid discussions calculated to renew party struggles in England. .
