St. Mark's Church, Alexandria, was crowded for a simple and touching commemorative service. Malta,' April 20. An impressive memorial service was held at the Pieta Cemetery, where many Anzaes were buried. The graves were hidden under masses of flowers and wreaths, touchingly inscribed. The Benders included man}' Anzacs who are recuperating at Malta.
