BIG FIRE IN SYDNEY. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 25. A fire gutted the three top floors of Penfolds' buildings in Pitt Street, occupied by IPenfolds', printers, andi a number of other tenants; also the premises of Thompson, tailor, adjoining. The damage is estimated in the vicinity of £30,000. ATTENDANCE RECORDS. Sydney, April 25., The Easter visitors to the city were much in excess of last year. The fine weather was. responsible for the bumper attendances at the show and races yesterday. Ninety-six thousand persons visited the show, and there were 55,000 at. the races, while the railway holiday traffic showed an increase of 91,000
