o BEFORE THE COURT TO-DAY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Rotorua, Last Night. Rua and his fellow prisoners were brought from Auckland this evening, and will be charged at the Magistrate'* Court to-morrow, Rua with counselling and procuring Toko Rua, Te Maipa, and '■ others with intent to resist his arrest and discharge firearms at members of the'police force, and to murder the said members. Pukepuke Kauia will Ift charged with attempting to discharge firearms at Constable Skinner; Tiokc Hohapiai with assaulting and resisting Constable Fahay; Whatu Rua with attempting to wound Constable Williams i Horomara for doing bodily harm to Constable Fahey; and Kamiehi for assaulting and resisting Constable Williamson,
