A CHICAGO decision:. By Cable.—Press Association —Copyright Received April 25, 5.5 p.m. New York, April 24. The Chicago Circuit Court has decided that Sir Francis Bacon wrote Shakespeare's plft.yu. Selig, the motion picture manufacturer, sued Fabyan, a publisher, for an injunction compelling Faby&n to refrain from publishing books supporting the Baconian theory, as interfering with motion pictures. The Court refused the injunction, hiding that Bacon was really the author of the pta-ya, Shakespeare's uae being merely a dlsguise.
