ON THE SEA.
A BOLD ATTEMPT. TO LAND ARMS IN IRELAND. A RENEGADE ARRESTED, Received April 5, 7.30 .p.m. London, April 24. Official: During April 20-21 ail attempt was made to land arms and ammunition in Ireland from a vessel under the guise of a merchantman, but which was a German auxiliary, and was accompanied by a submarine. The auxiliary was sunk and a number of those on board iwere taken prisoner, including Sir Roger Casement.
