Auckland, April 24. A wireless message receievd this afternoon states that the Dongarra, from New York to Auckland, broke her tailshaft in the Tasinan Sea, and is proceeding slowly. She expects to make port to-morrow evening. It is supposed that the engineers haev effected temporary repairs.
