BALKANS.
MASSACRES OF CREEKS. TURKS AND BULGARIANS PARTICIPATE. Received April 21, 5.5 p.m. Salonika, April 20. It is reported that the Turks and Bulgarians massacred four hundred Greeks at Adrianople and Demotica, while tnc Turks at Smyrna massacred two hundred Greeks. Similar murderous outbreaks at Constantinople are reported.
