- - GIRL KILLED. By Telegraph.—Pres9 Association, Christcluireh, April 18. Bnth Hughes, aged 15 years, was knocked down by a runaway horse, attached to a cart, at Ashburton to-night, and killed. She was on her way to church at the time.
