London, Liverpool, Manchester and Oiasgow butter traders are requesting the Foreign Office to receive a deputation to point ■ out the seriousness qf stopping the import of Siberian butter. The impression is that Russia may grant licenses. "STOP THE WAR" MEETING FORBIDDEN. The Government has prohibited a "Stop the War" meeting in Trafalgar Square next Sunday, on the ground that it is likely to lead to grave disturbances.
