DOMINION PRIZE WINNERS. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyrig'i t Sydney, April 18. There was a big attendance on judging day at the Royal Show. Exhibits in nearly all sections were good, the total entries being 8288, compared with 6976 last year. Flavinius was awarded the champion ticket in the thoroughbred stallion class, and Bessicalte in the mares. Fred Fairley, Nelson, was awarded the first prize for Durham fat ox and cow, In sheep, J. Nixon (Killinchy) got first and champion for English Leicester ram over two years, second for ram under two years, first for ram under one year, seconds for ewes over and under two years, and first for ewe under one year. Horses.—Heavy Clydesdales: Mitchell and O'Brien (Oamaru), were second for stallion over three years, first .for stallion under three years. Draughts: D. McClure (Christchurch), was first for stallion under four years, Mitchell and O'Brien first and second for stallions under three years. Ribbonwood secured first and champion honours for trotters. For draughts, McLure was awarded second prize for stallion under four years, ■and Mitchell and O'Brien second and reserve champion for mare over four years, and second for mare under four •wars.
