WARNING TO MILK' VENDORS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court tq-day, Charles Duffy, a milk vendor, was fined £5, on a charge of unlawfully purchasing milk from a dairy that was', not registered in accordance with the regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, 1908. Argument centred on the interpretation of the regulations, and the Magistrate convicted defendant under Regulation 25.
