HER WORK ON THE SEA. AGREEMENT WITH BRITAIN. Rome, April. 17. Baron Somiiiio, in the Chamber, said that the Italian navy was using one hundred vessels, that carried forty thousand tons of food, to help the Serbian army, including women and children refugees and Austrian prisoners. The Italians had transported 250,000 persons overseas, despite submarine attacks. Baron Somiiiio added: "Italy lias recently concluded a treaty with Britain assuring equal treatment of their nationals as compared with foreign nationals, Italy agreeing to the abolition of capitulations in Egypt and the transformation of mixed tribunals."
