A CONSCRIPTION MOVEMENT. THE DOMINION'S FORCES. deceived April 15, 5.5 p.m. » Ottawa, April 14. <k strong conscription movement has teen started. Sir B. Borden, in answer to a deputation, declared that the Government was not ready- to adopt the New Zealand registration system, but would consider the matter. Canada had already raised three hundred thousand men. and recruits are now exceeding one thousand daily.
