EXCITEMENT IN ATHENS. ALLEGED BREACH OF NEUTRALITY. Received April 14, 12.55 a.m. Athens, April 13. There is tremendous excitement here, due to the statement by Le Temps that the Entente complained of Greece's breach of neutrality in selling to Bulgaria, early in November, 37,000 flour sacks belonging to Russia. The Greek Government denies the allegation. Some of the deputies will interpolate the Government at next sitting. . The Government has forbidden travellers coming from or going to Bulgaria.
