Baxter, tlie coroner for Kast London, in reaanl to the various courts over which bis jurisdiction extends, states that 17 inquests were held in ]!)].> for tlie liberty of .the Tower of London. Of this number, six related to deaths from natural causes, two to accidents, and nine to executions of spie.in the Tower.
