NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. A very enjoyable progressive tournament was held at the New Plymouth lawn s on Saturday, Mrs. Campbell iWaitara) kindly donating the prize. Mrs. Simpson, 10. ■ . Mrs. Roekel, 18. * Mrs. yuilliam, 18. TOURNAMENT AT INGLEWOOD. The Crescent Terrace Croquet Club held a most successful tournament on Thursday in aid of the Red Cross Fund. Some sixteen players entered and held a very enjoyable afternoon. The court was in excellent order, in fact, too keen for some of the players who had not previously played on it. The players were divided into two sections, A and B, and each player had three "turns" each, each "turn" with a different partner. £3 Cs was received in entrance fees, which is to be handed to the fund.
