MESOPOTAMIA.

STORMY WEATHER MAKES THE SITUATION DIFFICULT. Received April 9, 5.5 p.m London, April 8. A Mesopotamia communique says that the enemy's Falahiyah position consisted o£ several lines of deep trenches. The northern flank rested on the Saweikieh swamps, and the southern on the Tigris banks. We have obtained positions on the south bank from whence we can enfilade the Turkish positions on the opposite bank. The atormy weather and the increasing flood in the Tigris somewhat complicate the situation.
