THE YANKEE'S TAIL. Received April 9, 5.5 p.m. Washington, April 8. The Germon Government has officially announced that no German warship or submarine gunk the Sussex. The State Department is inclined to hold that the United States must now prove whether Germany torpedoed the Sussex, before further action as taken.
