FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for high west to south-west winds, and cloudy and unsettled weather with heavy showers in many parts of the country, with colder, conditions soon. The barometer is falling for a short time in the north, but probably rising again everywhere soon.
