FINANCIAL RUIN. I BANKS BEARING BANKRUPTCY. Received March 28, 11.35 p.m. London, March 2S. The Daily Chronicle's Geneva correspondent states that the Turkish Minister of Finance announces the imminent bankruptcy of the Turkish banks, which will mean the total ruin of Turkish financial and commercial undertakings. Turkey's request for German financial aid was ignored.
