The Bill bo transfer the Imperial Institute Board to--the Colonial Office provides for ■ an Executive Council of twenty-five members,* two each from the Board of Trade, two from the India office, and one each from the Board of Agriculture, and the Governments of India, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Newfoundland. The remainder will--be--nominated by the Colonial Secretary. • The tuember3 will hold office for three years.
