"The nominations must be in writing, signed by the proposer and candidate, and sent to the Chairman of the School Committee on or before MONDAY, April 10, 1916, not later than 8 p.m. "Nominations may also be made at the meeting of Householders to be held on MONDAY, April 17, 1916.
