EGYPT.
A CHANGE IN COMMAND. Received March 26, 5.5 p.m. London, March 25. The War Office announces that owing to the satisfactory military position in Egypt a reorganisation of the forces has been effected. Sir A. Murray has assumed sole command, and General Maxwell is returning to England.
