ENEMY FIRMS IN SAMOA.

PROHIBITED FROM IMPORTING 4100DS. Auckland, March 22. The Collector of Customs lias received a radiogram from tile Administrator at Samoa, stating that all shipments to enemy firms and persons in Samoa has been prohibited, in order to give effect to the prohibition. The Collector intimates that before hj« will issue any permit for shipment of goods to any person or firm in Siimoa he will require proof that such persons are not enemy subjects.
