WORK OF THE SEA PIRATES. POUR VESSELS SUNK. London, March 23. The steamer Soa Serpent and the French barque Bougainville have been Slink. Twenty-three of the crew of the latter were picked, up. The Norwegian steamer Kannik lias been sunk. The crew were saved. The Norwegian vessel Linftcld has been sunk.
