BULGARIA ANGRY. REGIMENTS MUTINY. Salonika, March 23. The German defeat at Verdun has caused a bad impression in Bulgaria. Several Bulgarian regiments have mutinied and massacred their officers, and the people are angry at German requisitions. In some instances they have fired rifles at the requisitioners.
