NEW ZEALAND ARTILLERY. MORE TO BE PROVIDED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 22. The Imperial authorities have informed Mr. Allen that they are providing additional guns to equip the New Zealand Artillery. The additions will bring the artillery up to the strength required by the creation of a New Zealand Division. Brigadier-General Fulton, a New Zealander, formerly serving in the Indian Army, has been given command of the third brigade forming the division.
