' HERTZOG AGAIN, A DISLOYAL MOTION. , . Capetown. March 20. Sir George Smartt, denouncing Mr. Hertzog's motion in the Assembly to refuse a vote for war purposes, alluded to the contributions of the other dominions. General Botha and Mr. Madeley (a Lnborite) denounced the motion, which was withdrawn. i A similar motion applying to East Africa, was defeated by a large majority. We learn on good authority, says the Taitmarumti Press, that owing to the difliculty in obtaining rails and other neceslaary material, the Egmonfc Box Company have been compelled to suspend operations at Kakahi.
