Boterill, Crowe, McLeod, Taylor (s) 22. • ' At the conclusion of the game,' Mr. Marshall, vice-president of the ' local club, expressed the pleasure it gave thorn, to have a. visit from bowlers representing the Queen city of' New Zealand, and hoped in the future to return it. Mr. Simson, in returning thanks on behalf of the visitors, said the match had been an : enjoyable one, and the visit to Taranaki would long he remembered, the welcome and hospitality received since they . had been in the district having been most hearty. He trusted an opportunity for returning it would occur before long. A hearty welcome to all Taranaki bowlers Visiting Auckland was extended. Cheers were then given for the ladies.
