A VISIT TO HOLLAND.
. .-«h. BY AUSTRALIANS. ~■,. ■""""■" Londan, March 11. Mesora B. R. Wise and H. Tratten, of Australfr, officially visited Holland and inspected the internment and refugee camps. They fcund evidence of great activity irf provisioning Belgium by organicitiors working Mr. Hoaver, the Commissioner.
One and a half mill'ens of destitute Belgians wits receiving g'fts of f«odstuffs and clot'iing, and five and a half millions were able to purchase through thu Commission. Vessels were constantly arriving at Rotterdam with t«tistuffs, whence an admirable organisation distributes them.
They state that there Is a strong opinion in Holland that the conditions of life in Germany are raphlly growing worse, and the reports of shortage of food, riots, and shootings of the popur lace are correct. Even pro-German Hollanders expect only a stalenaat*
