-. FINAL MOBILISATION. FOUR MILLION MEN. Received Marck 18,12.48 a.m. London, March 1". The Morning Post's Budapest correspondent states that four million Austro-Hungarians have mobilised, representing their final effort. The inclusive men range up to fifty-five years of age, though men of forty-threee to fifty-five cannot legally be sent to the firing,line. Of these, 1,700,000 go to the Russian front, half a million to the Italian, 2M,8f10 te the Balkans, and the rest undergo training.
