The green was in tip-top order, and a very pleasant afternoon was spent, the ladies dispensing afternoon tea. OPUNAKE v. MANAIA. A match for the Fox Shield was played between Opunake and Manaia on the local green last week ,the scores Bemg —Manaia 101, Opunake 84.
