The Daily Mail's Rotterdam correspondent says that the German fleet is preparing to move for action, The theory is that if Germany loses the war ah» will lose her licet, and therefore its destruction must first cost the enemy enormous sacrifices. The German naval staff believe that they can deal Britain a severe, if not a deadly, blow, and hope with their supersubmarines to strike effectively. The number of German submarines lost in the last few months is greater than they care to confess, the main difficulty being lack of efficient crews. ADMIRALTY VESSEL MINED. Reeeived March 13, 5.5 p.m. London, March 12. The Admiralty auxiliary cruiser Fanvette was mined, and sank, off the East Coast. Fourteen Jives were lost.
