RIOTS IN BERLIN. ' A TRAIN DELAYED. , Received March 13, 1'2.5 a.m. Amsterdam, March 12. A train frsm Halland, going to Berlin, was detained for ten hours at Spandau. The passengers were not allowed to leave the station. It is understood that there has been serious rioting in Berlin 41aily, since the failure at Verdun, and that the detention of the train was intended to prevent travellers from witnessing it. The Kaiser is expected at Berlin e«fly next week. k , ;J .
