NELSON FATALITY
DUE TO CARELESS DRIVIXG. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Yesterday. The inquest on the lnnesbrook railway crossing accident concluded to-day. The coroner found that the accident was due to the failure of the motor-car driver to take ordinary precautions when approaching the crossing. A rider was added that the Railway Department and the County Council should put in force any powers they have to cause hedges to be cut low at crossings, and that engines should sound a loud whistle when within 100 yards and continue till the train has passed.
