INFANTILE PARALYSIS.
FURTHER CASES IN TARANAKI By Telegraph—Press Aasociatlw.. Wellington, Last Night. Eight further cases of iafantila paralysis were notified' it»\ Wslllnfton District to-day, two lieing in Wellington city. Three CasA were notified at Foxton, and the other three were at Oroua Downs, Eltham, and .Wjiakumara (in Hawera district), respectively. The cases reported in Wellington City all come from Te Aro and Newtown 'Flat, and special precautions are being taken by the Health Department and municipal authorities in this area. The girls' department of Mt. Cook School has been thoroughly disinfected, and other measures have been taken. Oie of the cases reported to-day was a man CASES AT WANGANUI ' •! Wanganni, Last Nig Tit. A case of infantile paralysis was admitted to the hospital to-day. Tin patient is a child residing in the borough. A case of suspected infantile paralvtia is under observation. The patient is f boy living at Wangaehu.
