Special attention is directed to a very important land sale advertised in our auction columns in this issue. At the Wfcverley Town Hall on Friday, March 24, the Farmers'. Co-op. Organisation of K.Z., Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs F. R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., Wanganui, will offer for sale several farms owned and leased liy Messrs A. E. and A. Symes. and exceptional; opportunities will be afforded to farmers to secure some of tiic verv beet land on this coast. Convenient sized farms will be offered at Whemmkura, Moumahaki,. Moturoa (Waverley) and Patea, and the terms of sale have been made very easy, so that the man with limited capital may have an equal opportunity with anyone else o" securing a, section. Messrs Symes Bros, have made a reputation for their fat stock, and at the- various A. and I' shows they have been very prominent prize-winners in the fat stock classes. This in itself is proof of the fact that their land must be of first-class quality. Their line of business for years past has been the raising of fat stock, and Hie great success they attained in this line of business is well known. The bulk of the land which they are offering for sale. Is very suitable for dairying;' it comprises, in fact, some' of the best dairying land in the Dominion, and it lias not so far been dairied upon, and therefore is not in any way exhausted.
