WEDDING.
good-howeli A quiet wedding was soleninised in St. Mary's Anglican Church yesterday, the contracting parties being Mr. E. D.'fiood, of H.M. Customs, son of Mr. W. Good, Boster Road, Auckland, "and Miss Ernestine Howell, of this town. The ceremony was performed by the Kev, A. H. Colvile. Mr. P. J. Fisher, of Auckland, supported the bridegroom, and Miss Gladys Howell (sister of i the bride) acted as bridesmaid. The bride (who was given away by her brother, Private N. B. Howell) vru simply attired in a white prepe de chine, and black hat lined with pink velvet, and carried a bouquet of white asters, jessamine and asparagus fern. The bridesmaid's dress was of cream floral voile, and her bouquet consisted cactus dahlias and maiden-hair fern. A reception of intimate friends was afterwards given by Mrs. Howell at her residence, and the newly-married couplf left by the mid-day train.
