ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A SOLDIER KILLED. By Telegraph,—Press Association, Wellington, Yesterday. Private Thomas Wallace, E. Company, 10th Reinforcements, fell off a train just as it drew into Trentham late last night and was instantly killed. Before enlisting he was employed in the Public Works Department, at Arthur's Pass. He was a single man, 25 years of age, and his relatives live at Ahaura, Westland.
