j FEBRUARY VITAL STATISTICS The vital statistics for the New Ply« mouth district for the past month show a decrease in births and an increase in deaths, when compared with the returns for February last year. An intere»ting feature is that while the total marriages last year were a record fbr the district there arc indications that the record will be eclipsed this, year. Last January there were 10 marriages g<i against S in 1015, while last month there were liv« more marriages than in February, 1915.
