STRANGE VESSEL NEAR FIJI. By Telegraph— Press Association, Auckland, Yesterday. A correspondent of the Fiji Times writes: On February 17 a strange boat, painted dark grey, with three funnels, and built like a man of war was seen off the coast at Kandavn last week. She steamed along very slowly, quite close to' the reef of" Naigoro and pissed in broad daylight. She was not. flying any flag. The correspondent reports the incident witli particular bearing on the demand for internment of Germans in Fiji.
