THE MOEWE'S VICTIMS. ' SUNK AT SHORT NOTICE, Tenerifjfe, February 25. The captains of the sunken ships state that the Moewe's crew of 250 were under Count Nicholas Zodohnaschiqdien. The Flamenco began sending out Sp.S. mesages when the Moews approached. The Moewe opened fire with five or six guns and the Flamenco sank almost immediately. One man was drowned and two were wounded. MORE SAVAGERY. FIRING ON DROWNING MEN, Received Feb. 27, .5.5 p.m. Paris, Feb. 25. A torpedoer has reached Marseilles towing a beat belonging to the Roubine, which steamer, a submarine torpedoed 4 ji the Mediterranean on February 23. This beat contained six survivors and i>e bodies of. two of the Roubine's seaHen who Were killed by the submarine's pie fire, .while endeavoring to save ja jhe fegjt.
