FORECAST By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for 'decreasing southerly winds, chnnging to freshening northerlies. Weather warm and humid, with increasing cloud and haziness. The barometer shows little movement at present, but is falling everywhere after about sixteen hours.
