AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Yesterday. Tn the Supreme Court, Wm. Henry Copestakc, for perjury, was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment; Gbtthell Feierabond, an unnaturalised German, for indecent assault on a married woman at Taneahia, Bay of Plenty, was sentenced to six months' hard labor; Vernon Alan Burnside, for Breaking, entering and theft, was sentenced to three years' reformative treatment; John 01sen was sentenced to seven .years' imprisonment for an unnatural offence. PALMERSTON NORTH SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston North, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court there was a light criminal,calendar. Thomas Schofield, on a charge of forgery, was found guilty and sentence was deferred.
