GERMAN SURRENDER. LACK OF .MUNITIONS. Times and Sydney Son Service?. London, Feb. 21. The Press Bureau states that Colonel Dobell telegraphed oil Thursday that t'he Governor-General at Fernando Po had asked him to telegraph to Dr. Solf, German Colonial Minister, in Berlin, informing him that the German Government had evacuated t'he colony. The Governor said that want of munitions compelled him to leave the Protectorate and cross into Spanish territory with all the troops and his stall'. Tile troops began to cross the frontier 011 the evening of February 4. Negotiations and details of their internment were not yet completed.
