THE BREACH WIDENING. BCLGARS AXD GERMAN'S DISAGREE. ■London, Feb. 21. Mr. Ward Price, telegraphing from Salonika, states that Bulgarian deserters agree that Bulgar-Oerman friction is becoming more serious. The (lermans proposed to send large Bulgarian dotaehments to Russia and France, but the Bulgarians openly proels'tnod that they did not desire to fight further, and considered that their duty was finished. During a squabble <ver hay a Bulgarian officer ordered his men to draw their revolvers, and five Germans were shot.
